Meet SoCal Brentwood's
Prenatal Yoga Instructor

A graduate of UC Berkeley and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Ivy is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Registered Yoga Therapist, Certified Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga Instructor, state certified Massage Therapist, and the Nutritionist for Exhale Spa in Santa Monica. She’s been attending birth as a Doula since 2009, and trained under the legendary Judy Chapman, founder of the Chapman Family Center. She holds a degree in Psychoneuroimmunology and Dance. As a holistic health counselor, she addresses all aspects of a client’s lifestyle that influence physical health and overall well being, taking a highly individualized approach. She specializes in working with pregnant and postpartum moms, as well as women trying to become pregnant, with special care for the unique concerns and needs that arise during these periods. Ivy is passionate about helping guide people back home to their own body-centered wisdom, and bringing families a new level of confidence, intimacy, and happiness in the process.
