Turning to Yoga as a professional movement artist was organic, discovering that yoga can heal your body and help you find peace and stillness away from the turmoils of the entertainment industry, made it so natural for her to want to share her Yoga love with others and guide them to their own Yoga bliss.

The heat, whether I am practicing Ashtanga first series, Sumits vinyasa flow or Yin, gives me wings! I love its intensity which helps make my practice a moving meditation.
